We offer financing through the CareCredit.
Insurance
Centerpointe Dental accepts most major insurance plans and participates in several insurance networks. We recommend that you call your insurance provider to make sure that we are included in your plan's network.
If your insurance policy covers only a portion of the cost, we ask for your portion at the time of treatment. You can call our office to work out special arrangements if necessary.
For your convenience, we will file your claim for you. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.
